The site was created so that the best auto repair shops in each city would be brought to the top. We provide an easy platform for people to submit ratings and reviews of the auto repair shops they have been to.  Our site also provides “Alerts” sent straight to the shop Service Manager’s email address when they sign up.  It sends any rating less then 3.5 so that they know there is an unhappy customer.  The site is a medium of communication between auto repair shops and customers.
